Orders placed before 12:00 PM from Monday to Saturday will be delivered in three to four business days, and orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered in five to six business days.
We kindly request the customer to fill out the complete the form and provide full address with pin-code number and telephone number while paying for the purchased product/s for easy identification and prompt delivery of the product/s to the customer. IZZA KART will not deliver any consignment with post-box address. Hence, physical address is mandatory to ship the product/s to the customer.
- Buyer needs to send an Email to email@example.com along with the copy of the invoice within one working day of the third delivery attempt and we’ll reschedule another delivery date to the same mailing address with additional cost, if applicable.

Shipping Address Change
Upon submitting the form with all details (Shipping, Name, etc..) and later Buyer/s realize that the product/s are to be delivered to different address other than the address mentioned on the form while making the payment, then to validate the authenticity of the purchase and its rightful owner, we kindly request the customer has to refill the manual form sent by IZZA KART along with the clear and readable copy of the document listed below:

- All documents should be self attested by the Buyer/s scanned and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the copy of the invoice.
- If the Buyer and the cardholder are different people. Then both the buyer/s and the cardholder have to send scanned copies of all the documents mentioned above and self attest all their documents. Cardholder has to also sign the Card Authorization letter sent by IZZA KART along with the photo copy of front side copy of the card used for the purchase at the bottom of the Card Authorization letter. We do not require the print of the back of the card as it contains CVV number and the expiration date of the card can be removed by using permanent black marker to hide this information on the scanned copy of the front side of the card. - Once our delivery partner receives your order, they will ship it directly to your address. If you are unavailable when they arrive, they will make two more delivery attempts.

g. Any shipping costs of returning the product for reasons mentioned in return policy and what customer paid for shipping charges while receiving the product from Us are the responsibility of the customer;

Please return within 7 working days from the date of delivered date, and with original packing & in original condition (we will not accept worn, washed, used or altered, damaged items or different product from what was sent). If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered to us, we will not be able to help you and kindly request you to contact the courier company for transit loss claims in accordance to the courier terms and conditions. We believe our customers understand their best fit size and while ordered the product from us. Sometimes when they purchase a product from the local store it could be possible that alterations are needed before the desired fit, pattern & look can be created.
Better fitting suggestion
If you do not have facilities of local alterations or do not have access to someone who can help you with alterations, we strongly suggest you to use our much safer measurement options, which will minimize any chances of error:-
a. Buy un-stitched items from us and get them tailored by your personal stylist or boutique.
b. Try to choose from standard sizes as given in our size chart and product discretion.
All Refunds to be posted to customer's respective account or credit card takes about 7 to 10 business days to be processed from the date the return product has been received and quality check completed. The corresponding bank of the customers may take about 2 business days to actually post these to the customer's accounts from the date we processed the credits. Customers can check these credits in their next credit card or Bank account statement. The credits are processed back to the account or credit card from where the payments were received.
Refund on Non-delivered products:
Even when You go out for shopping you may incur expenses for commuting and for what so every reason you return the product or do not buy the product, you will still incur the commuting cost and it will not be reimbursed or refunded by any Store. Color & Description Disclaimer
The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values.
While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce actual product images. However, the product may differ in color in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.
A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.

1. Red, maroon, pink and orange colors have a higher tendency to reflect a different shade and/or color than the original color. There could be other colors known or unknown which may also have similar tendency to reflect a different shade and/or color than the original color. For example even if you yourself try to photograph from a digital camera or scan a red garment, in most of the cases it will show either as maroon or orange on the computer monitor and vice versa. Though imaging technology has advanced, still no fool proof solution to this problem is available at the moment.
2. Many a time’s green and blue shades also overlap. Similarly in case off-white, white and cream color.
3. Sea Green colour sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around.
4. Some fabrics like raw silk, khadi silk, cotton silk, south cotton, brocade have a textured effect where we can see the weaving & threads are visible in different directions which is an inherent characteristic or feature of that fabric and proof of its authenticity. These are not defects. This raw finish is the beauty of these fabrics.
5. Handcrafted, hand dyed, hand printed, hand painted, hand embroidered, handloom, hand weaved products will always have minor differences when we compare them as they are not made by machines. Each piece will be unique. Handicraft artisans always try their best to make each piece better than the previous one. So, the product will always have minor variation keeping the same theme constant in artistic manner. The raw finish of the handicrafts cannot be compared with machine finished products as this raw finish is the beauty of the handicrafts items.
6. Extra care should be taken while washing and drying the cloths, as hot iron and sundry may fade away color of the cloths.
